摘要
目的:建立戒瘾解毒胶囊中枸杞子的鉴别及桂皮醛的含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对处方中的枸杞子进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定制剂中桂皮醛的含量。结果:在TLC中能鉴别出枸杞子;桂皮醛在(2.996～39.944)μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.90%,RSD=1.98%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制手段之一。
Objective： To establish the identification and determination methods of Jieyin Jiedu Capsules. Methods： Lycium barbarum L. in the capsules were identified by TLC. The content of cinamaldehyde in the capsules was determined by HPLC. Results： Lycium barbarum L. could be detected by TLC. Within the range of （2.996-39.944）μg ·mL^-1, cinamaldehyde presented a fine linear relationship （r=0.9999）. The average recovery rate of samples was 98.9% with RSD of 1.98%（n=6）. Conclusion： The methods are simple, reliable, accurate and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
