摘要
目的:讨木香顺气汤加减治疗腰椎压缩性骨折后腹胀的疗效。方法:将2010年1月～2011年12月收治的136例腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为两组,治疗组为96例,采用口服中药木香顺气汤加减;对照组为40例,采用常规口服西药治疗。结果:治疗组患者腹胀病程为3天,对照组为7天。结论:木香顺气汤加减在治疗腰椎压缩性骨折后腹胀,对加强胃肠蠕动,促进气体排出,消除症状有着显著的效果而无毒副作用。
Objective：To investigate the effects of the Muxiang Shunqi decoction in treating abdominal distension after vertebral compression fractures.Methods：From January 2010 to December 2011,136 cases of patients with abdominal distension after vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into two groups,The treated group（96 cases）was treated with oral Muxiang Shunqi decoction;The control group（40 cases）was treated with oral western medicine.Results：Abdominal distension duration was three days in the treated group,and 7 days in the control group.Conclusion：The efficacy of Muxiang Shunqi decoction in treating abdominal distension after vertebral compression fractures,enhancing gastric peristalsis,promoting gas emissions and eliminating symptoms was effective and non-toxic side effects.
