摘要
目的:评价银杏叶滴丸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:将冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者120例随机分为两组,实验组和对照组各60例,对照组予以常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上加服银杏叶滴丸,每次5粒,每天3次,2组疗程均为30d。结果:实验组心绞痛症状改善总有效率为96.65﹪,心电图疗效总有效率92.12﹪,均明显优于对照组(P﹤0.05),未发现任何不良反应。结论:银杏叶滴丸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效可靠。
Objective：To evaluate the effects of the Yinxing Yedi pill in treating unstable angina.Methods：120 cases were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in the experimental group and 60cases in the control group,the control group was treated in conventional treatment,the experimental group was treated with the Yinxing Yedi pill on the basis of conventional treatment,5 each time,three times a day,each group was treated for 30 days.Results：In the experimental group,the total effective rate of improvement of symptoms was 96.65%,the total effective rate of ECG efficacy was 92.12%,significantly better than the control group（P0.05）,on adverse reactions.Conclusion：Efficacy of the Yinxing Yedi pill in treating unstable angina was reliable.
