摘要
目的:观察加味玉屏风散内服结合穴位敷贴治疗常年变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:68例变应性鼻炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组34例,以加味玉屏风散内服配合穴位敷贴疗法治疗;对照组34例,给予西替利嗪治疗。分别于治疗结束后和1年后评定其疗效。结果:治疗结束后,治疗组和对照组均能有效改善变应性鼻炎患者的过敏症状,二者近期疗效相近;远期疗效上,前者优于后者(P<0.05)。结论:加味玉屏风散内服加味玉屏风散治疗变应性鼻炎,其远期疗效优于西替利嗪,药效持久。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the Yu Ping Feng San plus acupoint application in treating perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods：68 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treated group was given the Yu Ping Feng San plus acupoint application,and the control group was given cetirizine,to assess its efficacy after the end of treatment and after 1 year respectively.Results：After treatment,the treated group and the control group were all effective in improving allergy symptoms in patients with allergic rhinitis,short-term effect similar,the former better the latter in long-term effect（P0.05）.conclusion：The Yu Ping Feng San plus acupoint application was more effective than cetirizine in treating perennial allergic rhinitis.
