摘要
目的:观察滋阴疏肝利胆法治疗胆囊切除术后胆道动力障碍的疗效,为探讨中医药治疗胆囊切除术后胆道动力障碍(PCBD)的临床疗效。方法:对42例不同证型PCBD患者采用自拟滋阴疏肝利胆方加减治疗。结果:42例PCBD患者中治愈16例,有效19例,无效7例,总有效率为83.33%。结论:中医滋阴疏肝利胆法治疗PCBD具有确切疗效,值得推广。
Objective： To observe the the Ziyin Shugan Lidan treatment of cholecystectomy the efficacy of postoperative biliary tract motility disorder,the clinical efficacy of postoperative biliary tract motility disorder（PCBD） to explore the Chinese medicine treatment of cholecystectomy.Methods： 42 patients with different syndromes PCBD patients.Results： 42 cases of patients with PCBD 16 patients were cured,19 cases effective,ineffective in 7 cases,the total effective rate was 83.33%.Conclusion： The treatment of PCBD TCM Yin Shuganlidan method has the exact effect,it is worth promoting.
