摘要
目的:探讨丹芪参杞降糖汤和盐酸吡格列酮联合治疗糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2009年6月～2011年10月采用丹芪参杞降糖汤联合盐酸吡格列酮治疗的72例糖尿病患者作为观察组,另选择同期单纯应用盐酸吡格列酮治疗的72例患者为对照组,对两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组总有效率为94.44%,明显高于对照组的81.94%;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:联合应用丹芪参杞降糖汤和盐酸吡格列酮治疗糖尿病疗效明显,优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective： To investigate clinical effects of Danqi Shenqi Jiangtang decoction plus hydrochloride pioglitazone in treating diabetes.Methods： From June 2009 to October 2011,72 cases of diabetics were treated as the observation group;72 cases were treated with hydrochloride pioglitazone rosiglitazone alone as the control group;the clinical dates of two groups were retrospectively analyzed,comparing the total efficiency and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups.Results： After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,was significantly higher than 81.94% in the control group;differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Comparing the adverse reaction rates,differences were insignificant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Danqi Shenqi Jiangtang decoction plus hydrochloride pioglitazone was effective in treating diabetes,better than western medicine alone.
