摘要
对月骨脱位患者采用常规手法复位加石膏固定3周,再行推拿按摩及理疗处理,中成药治疗对腕关节功能康复、软组织修复,有利于腕关节的稳定性及功能恢复。
Patients with lunate dislocation were treated by routine manipulative reduction plus plaster immobilization for 3 weeks,massage and physiotherapy treatment following,the TCM was effective in function rehabilitation of wrist joint and repairing soft tissue.
