摘要
目的:总结近10年来对混合痔术后肛缘水肿的防治情况。结论:术前的精心准备,术中熟练的手术技巧、良好的手术方式,术后积极及时处理并发症,混合痔术后肛缘水肿是可以避免或减轻的。因此,针对术后肛缘水肿的防治情况,应以预防为主,积极治疗。
Objective： To summarize the prevention and treatment of mixed hemorrhoids anus rim edema in the past ten years.Conclusion： The postoperative anus rim edema in the mixed hemorrhoids-surgery can be avoided or reduced,if there are careful preparations before the surgery,skilled technique in the surgery,good surgery way and the syndrome management in time.Therefore,the prevention and active treatment should be payed attention to the anus rim edema.
