摘要
目的:探讨社区健康教育对高血压患者的影响。方法:选取健康筛查中的52例高血压患者,给予社区健康教育指导,于教育前后对患者相关知识知晓情况及行为习惯进行调查。结果:经过健康教育,高血压患者对相关知识知晓率明显提高,行为改变亦较为明显,教育前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:深入社区对高血压患者及健康人群进行必要的健康教育,可以有效提高其对相关知识的知晓率,改善其不良行为,可在临床广为推广。
Objective：To investigate the effect of community health education for patients with hypertension.Methods：52 cases with health screening in patients with hypertension were chosen and given the guidance of community health education.Investigate related behavior and knowledge before and after education.Results：After health education,patients with high blood pressure increased awareness of the relevant knowledge significantly,and behavior changed obviously,the differences before and after education were significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：The necessary of health education for patients with hypertension and healthy people into the community can effectively increase their awareness of relevant knowledge to improve their bad conduct,worthy of promotion.
