摘要
目的:比较三种含铜宫内节育器的避孕效果。方法:将500例妇女随机分成三组,分别放置吉妮环、母体乐环(ML)、TCU220随访12个月,对其避孕效果、副反应和继续使用率进行观察、对比、评价。结果:12个月累计继续使用率,吉妮环最高、母体乐环其次TCU220最低;脱落率和带器妊娠率,吉妮环最低、母体乐环其次、TCU220最高。结论:吉妮环是三种含铜IUD中副反应小、脱落率低且避孕效果最理想的一种节育器,值得推广使用。
Objective：To compare the effect of avoiding pregnancy of three IUD containing the copper.Methods：500 women were divided into three groups,put GeneFex、ML and TCU 220.They were followed up for 12 months,to observe and contrast as well as estimate the effect of avoiding pregnancy and side effect as well as continuing use rates.Results：In 12 months, accumulate the continuous use rates, GeneFex was the most,the second was ML,the third was TCU 220.As to the obscission and the implement pregnancy rates, GeneFex was the lowest and the second wa ML, the highest was TCU 220.Conclusion：In comparison to three IUD containing the copper, the GeneFex has little side effect and low abscission rate, it is the best avoiding pregnancy choice.So it is worth putting into use extensively.
