基于简化记忆多项式预失真技术的功放设计 被引量:4

A new pre-distortion scheme for power amplifiers based on simplified memory polynomial model

摘要 为了降低功放非线性失真和记忆效应,减小模型的复杂度,结合记忆多项式模型(MP)、动态偏离降低模型和通用记忆多项式模型(GMP)的参数构成特点,提出了一种基于简化记忆多项式模型的预失真设计。仿真实验表明,简化模型预失真性能优于MP模型和动态偏离降低模型,与GMP模型相当,简化模型有效减少了参数数量,在相同ADS仿真条件下,非线性阶数都为9、记忆深度都为4时,简化GMP模型参数数量比MP模型减少了9个,比动态偏离降低模型减少了49个,比GMP模型减少了11个。 A new pre-distortion scheme for power amplifiers(PA) based on simplified memory polynomial model is proposed to compensate for the nonlinearity distortion and memory effects of the PA,and to reduce the complexity of the PA model.The description of simplified memory polynomial model is given after analyzing the characteristics of parameters of the memory polynomial model(MP),the dynamic deviation reduction model and the general memory polynomial model(GMP).The simulation result shows that the pre-distortion performance of the proposed model is better than the MP model and the dynamic deviation reduction model,and is equal to the GMP model,while the model reduces parameter number effectively.When simulated in the same ADS condition,both in the nonlinear order of 9 and the memory depth of 4,the proposed model is 9 parameters less than the MP model,is 49 parameters less than the dynamic deviation reduction model and 11 parameters less than the GMP model.
