摘要
用旋毛虫幼虫可溶性抗原进行 PVC-ELISA,56例旋毛虫病患者的阳性率达100％,80例健康人血清均未出现假阳性反应。此法与80例血吸虫病,30例肺吸虫病和30例华支睾吸虫病均无交叉反应,4例囊虫病人中1例出现交叉反应。此法检测结果与 PS-ELISA 完全一致。在现场共调查984人,PVC-ELISA 和 PS-ELISA 阳性率相似,分别为20.0％与19.8％。表明PVC-ELISA 法不仅敏感性高、特异性强、重现性好,而且比 PS-ELISA 简便快速、经济安全,可用于作旋毛虫病的诊断和调查。
PVC-ELISA using dissoluble larva antigen for trichinelliasis detection was developed. The positive rate was 100%.No false positive was found.The only cross reaction was observed in the patients with cysticercosis. In 1984 sera from endemic areas were tested,the positive detection rate of PVC- ELISA for trichinelliasis was 20.0%,PS-ELISA 19.8%. The results of this study suggested that PVC-ELISA has high sensitivity and specifi- city,and good reappearance.It is both time-saving and money-saving and suitable for application in the field.
