摘要
针对近海海域污染源合理布局问题建立数学模型，论述解的存在性，构造了优化计算方法，对实际海域进行数值计算，通过优化前后海域污染程序的对比，验证了数学模型与算法的正确性与实用性．
A mathematical model on the reasonable layout of the pollution sources is established. The solution existences are also dicussed. The optimization algorithm established proves that the algorithm is valid with practical computation.
