摘要
微博为话语自由表达在公共领域建构方面的作用有目共睹,但由于其自身管理体制的不规范以及对公众素养要求不够到位,谣言却也时刻伴随着。谣言的恶性传播使微博的传播、沟通环境遭到严重破坏,阻碍着微博舆论平台的健康发展,甚至危及公共领域建构的进程。如何妥善规避微博传播中的谣言、不断完善微博传播平台,从微博自身管理机制以及对公众的素养要求等方面的考量,提出建立完善的事实和身份审核机制以及呼吁公众理性表达、监管部门适度引导,以期制止微博谣言传播,创造一个纯净的微博沟通环境。
Micro-blog has to some extent, promoted the free expression of public discourse. However, with its non-standard management system and the unsatisfactory public literacy, rumors are always together with it. The malignant spreading of rumors make its communication environment seriously damaged, which hinders its healthy development as a public opinion platform and even endangers the construction of public domain. How to avoid the spreading of micro-blog rumors properly, and perfect the micro-blog as a communication platform, considering micro-blog＇s own management mechanism and the public literacy, the paper puts forward that a perfect fact and identity review mechanism should be established, public rational expression is called on and regulators＇ moderate guide should be put into practice so as to stop the spreading of the rumors and create a pure micro-blog communication environment.
