国有垄断企业工资分配制度研究

摘要 国有垄断企业工资分配问题一直受到学术界的关注。石油、通讯、银行、电力和烟草等行业员工的高工资与其低效率形成鲜明的对比,充满了中国特色。从国有垄断企业高工资的现状、形成机理和对策几个方面诠释国有垄断企业工资相关问题。
