摘要
运用扫描电镜技术对蓝罗非鱼侧线上鳞、侧线下鳞和侧线鳞进行了形态结构的观察。研究结果表明 ,蓝罗非鱼体表鳞片属栉鳞 ,外形呈近圆形 ,分为顶区、基区和侧区三个部分 ;顶区边缘具细小齿状棘突 ,区内分布有瘤状或棒状突起 ;基区具有清晰致密的鳞纹和放射状排列的鳞沟 ,年轮线处鳞纹密集排列 ;侧区较为平滑 ,无明显的鳞沟 ;
The surface structure of scales, above lateral line, below lateral live and in lateral line, of the Oreochromis aureus were observed using scanning electron microscope. These results indicate that: the scales of the O. aureus is the part of the comb scale. The outline of the scale is similar in form of a circle and a scale includes three parts:apical,lateral and basal. There are some small scale spines at the edge of the apical and there are tuomorous and stick knobbles in apicals. There are either clear or dense circulis and radii in basal.The circulis in the annual ring is dense.Lateral is level and smooth.There is no clear radii in lateral.There is a hole at the end of lateral line of the scale in lateral line.
