摘要
需求响应技术是通过经济手段调节电力供需的有效手段。对电力供需平衡分析、需求响应项目组织实施、响应效果及性能评价、需方补偿与激励展开论述,介绍采用需求响应技术调节电力供需矛盾的技术框架,提出了基于需求响应技术的电力供需双向调节机制。
Demand response technology is a way of power supply and demand adjustment by economic measures.This paper discusses the analysis of power supply and demand ,the implement of demand response program and its impression ,the incentive compensation method of demand response and specific supply and demand adjustment mechanism of demand response.The article puts forward bi-directional adjustment mechanism between power demand and supply side based on demand response technology.
