摘要
在研究柴油机冷却系统的流动和传热问题时,边界条件的确定往往成为一个难点。本文先将柴油机活塞-缸套-冷却液-机体组成一个固流耦合传热系统进行整体传热计算,省略了单独计算中较难确定的系统内部边界的定义过程,然后将采用耦合法计算得到某一缸冷却水套的温度场作为新的边界条件应用到整个六缸发动机缸体水套进行数值模拟,得到缸体冷却水套内冷却液流场分布、压力损失等信息,所得结果对柴油机的设计具有指导意义。
In the research of flow and heat transfer of the diesel engine cooling system,the boundary condition was often a difficulty.This paper first made a whole heat transfer calculation of fluid-solid coupled system which contained the piston-liner-coolant-body of diesel engine,omitting the definition of the internal boundary which was a difficulty when calculated separately,and then used the temperature field of a cylinder cooling water calculated by coupled method for the new boundary condition to the six cylinders cooling jacket for simulating,getting the information of flow field and pressure field,and the results had the guidance of the design of engine.
