他汀类与心血管药物配伍安全性分析被引量：6

摘要目的探索他汀类药物与心血管药物配伍应用的临床安全性。方法选取于慢性心力衰竭患者90例,随机分为两组,对照组患者实施心内科常规治疗慢性心力衰竭措施;治疗组患者在进行对照组常规治疗措施的同时,加用辛伐他汀口服治疗,20mg/次,1次/日,持续治疗14周。结果对照组患者治疗总有效率为95.6%,观察组为77.8%,两组比较观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应方面,两组患者在治疗期间均未出现转氨酶或磷酸肌酸激酶升高以及横纹肌溶解等明显治疗不良反应。结论临床应用他汀类药物与心血管类药物进行配伍,可有效提升心血管类疾病的疗效,且不良反应少,临床应用安全可靠。
