摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的方法及临床疗效。方法将230例复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为观察组和对照组各115例,对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药治疗。结果观察组总有效率为93.91%,对照组总有效率63.48%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疗效可靠,能促进溃疡面愈合,减少溃疡的复发程度和次数,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。
Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer method and clinical curative effect. Methods 230 cases of recurrent oral ulcer patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 115 cases in each group, the control group using western medicine treatment, the observation group was based on the control group and treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Results Observation group, the total efficiency of 93.91% for the control group, the total efficiency of 63.48%, two groups had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer curative effect is reliable, can promote ulcer healing, decreasing the recurrence of ulcers degree and frequency, and no obvious adverse reaction, worthy of clinical application.
