摘要
虚拟团队是近年来组织行为学研究中的一个课题,信任问题是虚拟团队研究的焦点。本文从虚拟团队中信任的相关概念入手,介绍了虚拟团队中信任的特点,虚拟团队中信任的建立、维持和管理,以及未来研究值得注意的几个问题。
Virtual teams is a research topic in organizational behavior field in recent years, and trust is a focus of virtual team research. This paper introduces the conception of virtual team and trust briefly, then illustrates construction, characteristics, maintenance and management of virtual teams＇ trust, and discusses the future research of this topic.
