摘要
目的探讨肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的护理措施。方法回顾分析54例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的护理措施。结果通过及时不同时期的观察预防护理,病情显效者10例,有效者35例,2例转外科手术,3例病情恶化自动出院,4例死亡。结论通过加强病情观察及时针对性有效护理,可延长患者生命,减少合并症和死亡率具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with cirrhosis of care measures.Methods Retrospective analysis of 54 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with cirrhosis of care measures.Results The different periods of observation through timely preventive care,disease,10 cases markedly effective in 35 cases,2 cases of transfer surgery,3 patients were discharged disease progression,4 deaths.Conclusion Strengthen the observation and timely targeted and effective care,prolong life,reduce complications and mortality is important.
