摘要
目的探讨高血压合并永久性心房颤动与血浆B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平的关系。方法选择2007年07月~2011年02月住院及门诊病人采用SPSS18.0软件进行统计分析。检测45例有永久性心房颤动的高血压患者的血浆BNP水平、左房内径(LAD)和左室射血分数(LVEF),与无房颤病史的36例高血压患者(B组)进行比较。结果在两组患者左房内径无差异的情况下均无显著性差异(P>0.05),合并房颤患者血浆BNP水平显著高于无房颤病史者、LVEF略低于无PAF病史者。结论高血压合并永久性房颤患者的BNP明显升高。BNP水平是预测高血压患者房颤发生的独立危险因素。
Objective To explore whether permanent atrial fibrillation of patients with essential hypertension could be identified by plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP).Methods The plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) were measured,both 45 essential hypertensive patients with permanent atrial fibrillation(group A),and 36 essential hypertensive patients without permanent atrial fibrillation(group B),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were measured by echocardiogryphy.Results Plasma levels of BNP,was significantly higher in group A than those in group B;LVEF was little lower in A than for that in group B,meanwhile Left atrial diameters(LADs) of two groups had no diffierence.Conclusion Plasma levels of BNP may be prediction of the risk of developing permanent atrial fibrillation in essential hypertensive patients.
