摘要
目的评价冻干重组人脑利钠肽对急性左心衰竭的治疗价值。方法选取2009年3月～2011年5月收治的83例急性左心衰竭患者,随机分为两组,对照组41例行给予扩血管、利尿、减轻心脏前后负荷等心力衰竭基础治疗;治疗组42例在对照组基础上加用冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗,比较两组患者治疗总有效率。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为95.2%(40/42),对照组为75.6%(31/41),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性左心衰竭疗效显著。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic value of lyophiluzed recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for acute left heart failure.Methods Eighty-three cases of patients with acute left heart failure admitted to our hospital were selected from Mar 2009 to May 2011,randomly divided into two groups,41 cases of control group were given the basic treatment of heart failure of vasodilator,diuretic,reducing the load of the heart before and after,etc;On the basis of control group,42 cases of treatment group were treated plus with lyophiluzed recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide,the total treatment efficient of two groups were compared.Results The total treatment efficient of treatment group after treatment was 95.1%（39/41）,the control group was only 76.2%（32/42）,there were significant differences between two groups,P0.05.Conclusion The effect of lyophiluzed recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for acute left heart failure is significant,worthy of clinical application.
