摘要
提出通过观测可整平基准尺上两个空间相对位置固定的观测目标,应用空间后方交会原理,实现三维工业测量系统观测过程中系统相对定向的方法,达到不依赖安装内觇标的专用电子经纬仪,采用同等精度角度测量仪器,配合相关数据处理软件,组成高精度三维工业测量系统.该方法在满足观测精度要求的前提下,降低系统采购成本,拓展了三维工业测量系统在机械制造和精密工程等方面的应用.
This paper develops a method in constructing a new type of industrial measuring system ( IMS), which, by observing two targets with fixed relative positions on the adjustable scale bar, utilizes the principle of spatial resection and achieves the system relative orientation during observation. On this foundation, the 3D high- precision IMS could be formed by adopting the angle measuring devices with the same precision, together with the related data processing software, instead of relying on the special electronic theodolite with the inside target. This method lowers the system procurement cost on the premise of satisfying the requirement of observation precision and sequentially expanding the apolication range in mnt^hin 4"n --
