摘要
文章阐释了我国煤炭科学产能的定义,重点对煤炭科学产能的影响因素和实现机制进行了探讨。认为,煤炭科学产能这个概念可以提示人们更加重视科学开采(安全开采、高效开采、绿色开采),重视煤炭开采与地区生态环境承载力的关系。
The paper explained the definitions of the Chinese coal scientific productivity and discussed the influence factors of the coal scientific productivity and the mechanism realization.The paper held the conception of the coal scientific productivity could prompt the people highly giving more attention to the scientizedmining （safetymining,high efficientmining and greenmining） and to the relationship between the coalmining and the area ecological loading capacity.
