摘要
目的利用超声检查,使胰体远端及胰尾部显示更清晰,从而及早发现此部位的病灶,提高病灶检出率。方法对239例受检者(均为我院门诊就诊患者),先进行常规平卧位胰腺扫查,对胰体尾显示不满意的人员再进行右侧卧位扫查,并进行对比分析,观察胰体远端及尾部显示清晰程度,并做记录、总结。结果 239例中平卧位检查胰体远端及胰尾显示清晰192例,占80.3%,结合右侧卧位检查显示清晰共213例,占89.1%。结论平卧位检查胰体远端及胰尾显示不满意时,结合右侧卧位辅助检查能有效提高显示率,能更早期发现疾病,从而得到早期治疗。
Objective To display the distal pancreatic body and pancreatic tail more clearly using the ultrasound in order to detect the lesions of this site at an early stage and improve lesion detection rate. Methods All of 239 subjects （all out- patients of our hospital） first received conventional supine pancreas scanning. Those not satisfied with the display of pan- creatic tail received right lateral decubitus scanning cheek later. The display results were compared and analyzed to ob- serve the display clearness of the distal pancreatic body and pancreatic tail. The results were also recorded and summa- rized. Results Of the 239 patients, the supine pancreas scanning of the distal pancreatic body and pancreatic tail displayed clearly in 192 patients, accounting for 80.3%, and the combined right lateral decubitus scanning displayed clearly in 213 patients, accounting for 89.1%. Conclusion When the display results of supine pancreas scanning were unsatisfactory, combination of auxiliary right lateral decubitus scanning can effectively improve the display rate and detect the disease at an early stage, thus patients can receive early treatment.
