摘要 建立了用等离子体发射光谱 (ICP -AES)测定大气颗粒物中无机元素的分析方法 ,包括样品消解体系的选择 ,仪器的操作条件及采样滤膜的选择 ,并对自行采样分析测得的无机元素数据作了初步的讨论。实验结果表明 :采用HNO3 -HClO4 消解体系 ,操作方便 ,样品消解较完全 ;选用石英滤膜可减低空白值 ,保证测定质量以及同时在一张滤膜上测定大气颗粒物中的有机碳、元素碳及无机元素 ;内标法可有效降低由于仪器漂移等因素对测定结果的影响 ,测量精度优于 5% ;用多道ICP -AES分析待测样品时 ,应用Fe、Y等标液调节入射狭缝的位置 ,以保证分析结果的准确度 ;对元素分组法进行适当改进后 ,可在同一“卡片”中保存所有元素的工作曲线。此方法可减少样品测定次数 ,使操作更加简便。 A method for the determination of inorganic elements in aerosols by ICP AES was developed. The sample digestion method, measurement conditions and types of filter films used in aerosol collection were studied in detail. The data from the analysis of total suspended particle (TSP) by ICP AES were also discussed. The results show that: (a) HNO 3 HClO 4 digestion system can be used for sample pretreatment with satisfactory results. (b) In order to reduce the background values, to ensure the determination quality and to obtain organic carbon, element carbon and inorganic element data simultaneously, the quartz film is the best choice for aerosol collection. (c) Internal standard method can effectively compensates for the signal drift. (d) In order to obtain accurate results it is necessary to adjust the entrance slit of the polychromator with Fe and Y standard solutions before sample analysis. (e) After dividing the elements into several groups according to their properties properly, the working curves for all elements can be stored in the same “card” by computer. It makes the measurement more convenient.
