摘要
本文应用组织学和组织化学的方法研究了复方甲苯咪唑对旋毛虫囊包期幼虫的杀虫作用机制。实验结果发现该药对虫体的糖代谢有明显的干扰作用;对虫体琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)的活性有抑制作用。用药后,虫体囊包周围开始出现显著的以嗜酸粒细胞为主的炎性细胞浸润,终至填充了整个囊包。在电镜下也发现相应的组织学改变。
Male mice weighted 25-30g were infected with 200 larvae of Trichinella spiralis.The mechanism of Mebendazoli compositae against encysted larvae was studied with histological and histochemical methods. Mebendazoli Co.was orally given to each infected mouse by an oesophageal tube in constant treatment for 6 days during encysted phase of infection(the dose: 30mg/kg of Mebendazole;7.5mg/kg of levamisole per os).Histological changes were observed on the 1st,3rd,6 th and 12th day post administration stop(p.a.s.)with microscope and transmisson electron microscope(TEM).Histochemical changes were observed on the Ist day p.a.s. The histological results showed remarkable inflammatory reaction in the surrounding tissues and inside the cyst on the Ist to 6th day p.a.s,granulation and remains of larvae were found on the 12th day p.a.s..TEM showed that the glycogen decreased and damage or histolysis occurred in the cuticle,hypodermal muscles and mitochondria of larvae on the 1st day p.a.s,the changes proceeded dynamically. Histochemical results showed that the glycogen protein RNA、DNA、SDH and MDH9 decreased,but lipid ineteased in encysted larvae on the first day p.a.s. The results indicated that Mebendazoli Co might influence the carbohydrate metabolism of encysted larvae,and depress SDH and MDH,causing damage and histolysis.Beside these,granulocytic infiltration may play an important cooperative role in the treatment.
