基于Matlab的甲壳动物线粒体DNA的点突变检测方法 被引量:1

摘要 近年来对基因突变检测的研究越来越受到人们的重视,很多基因突变仅是由于单碱基替换所致,如何快速简便地进行检测、发现该点突变具有重要意义。甲壳动物的线粒体基因组蕴含了物种进化历程中重要的遗传信息,针对甲壳动物线粒体基因序列,提出一种基于Matlab的检测基因序列点突变的简单方法。仿真实验证明,该方法对甲壳动物线粒体基因序列的突变检测和突变基因位置的定位是有效可行的。 In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to studies on gene mutations. Many gene mutations are only caused by the single base substitution, and how to detect and find this kind of point mutation quickly and easily has great significance. Crustacean mitochondrial ge- home contains the important genetic information of species evolution. For the mitochondrial gene sequence of crustaceans, this paper presents a simple point mutation detection method based Mat- lab. The simulation results prove this method to be feasible and effective for detecting the muta- tion and locating the mutation gene of the mitochondrial gene sequence of crustaceans.
