美国大口胭脂鱼及其养殖技术 被引量：1

摘要 美国大口胭脂鱼(Ictiobus Cyprinellus Valenciennes),英文名 BigMouth Buffalo,是原产于北美洲的大型淡水经济鱼类。该鱼头部橄榄色,侧线上部褐绿色,后下部青绿色,腹部白色。幼鱼及成鱼阶段背鳍基部左右各有一列反光鳞片,腹部白色。成熟的雌雄鱼色泽艳丽,在阳光下呈五彩斑澜,异常美丽,故名胭脂鱼。 1993年首次将该鱼引入我国,并被国家外国专家局、农业部,列为“九·五”重点科研、推广项目,1996年在国内首次进行了催产育苗,获得了数十万尾子一代。 一、该鱼具有如下优良性状: (一)肉味美,该鱼的蛋白质含量为17.99-18.03％。
