摘要
疟疾免疫抑制机理是疟疾免疫学研究的一个重要课题。本文以约氏疟原虫致死株(17XL,P.y.)感染的 BALB/C 小鼠为实验模型,研究了感染小鼠脾细胞,T 细胞,B 细胞和 T 抑制(Ts)细胞对正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(Mφ)吞噬功能的影响。实验结果表明疟疾感染条件下脾细胞和 T 细胞对 Mφ吞噬功能均有明显的抑制作用,在 T 细胞中起抑制作用的是 Ts 细胞。
The mechanism of malaria immunosuppression is an important subject in malaria immunology.In this report,we studied the effects of spleen cells、T cells、B cells and suppressor T cells from 17XL Plasmodium yoelii-infected BALB/C mice on the phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages from normal BALB/C mice.The results indicated that the spleen cells and T cells of the infected mice could suppress macrophages phagocytosis. The T suppressor cells were located in T suppressor subset.
