摘要
以浙江省为例,利用JOHNES输出系数模型估算2009年农业种植、禽畜养殖和农村生活非点源的总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)负荷,结合环境经济学防护费用法定量评估这3类非点源营养盐流失所造成的经济损失。研究结果显示:TN非点源负荷中,种植地负荷占57.48%,农村生活负荷占30.22%,畜禽养殖负荷占12.30%;TP非点源负荷中,农村生活负荷占46.18%,畜禽养殖负荷占29.00%,种植地负荷占24.82%。农业非点源营养盐流失所带来的经济损失折合人民币为232 942.47万元/年,其中种植地损失占55.46%,农村生活损失占31.21%,畜禽养殖损失占13.33%。可见,减少农业非点源营养盐流失损失应注重控制种植地及农村生活源。
This study taken Zhejiang province as the case study area, the loads of total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) from farming, livestock breeding and rural life non-point sources in 2009 were calculated with JOHNES export coefficient model, and then the economic losses of nutrients loss from the three non-point sources were quantitatively evaluated with the protection cost method of environmental economics theory. The results showed that the TN load of from farming, rural life and livestock breeding accounted for 57.84%, 30.22% and 12.30% respectively. And the TP load of from farming, rural life and livestock breeding accounted for 24.28%, 46.18% and 29.00% respectively. Economic loss caused by nutrients loss from agricultural non-point source was equivalent to RMB 2 329 424 700 yuarda and the loss from farming, livestock breeding and rural life non-point sources accounted for 55.46%, 13.33% and 31.21% respectively. The results indicated that control of farming and rural life non-point sources should be focused on in order to reduce the economic loss of nutrients loss caused by agricultural non-point source.
