摘要
研究了不同扦插时间、不同基质和不同激素及浓度处理对蓝莓嫩枝扦插生根的影响,结果表明,在6月30日生根综合质量达到最佳;以泥炭苔藓为基质的插穗生根综合质量最高,生根率达92.3%,平均生根数为5.2条,生根长度为6.1 cm;不同浓度的ABT1和ABT6生根粉溶液均能促进蓝莓嫩枝插穗的生根,与对照(清水)相比,生根力指数升幅分别达到119%和126%。
The research aimed to explore the effects of cottage operation time, different substrates and different hormone treatments on the rooting of softwood cutting. The results showed that the best cottage operation time was the end of June with highest rooting rate, and the best substrate for softwood cutting was sphagnum. The rooting rate, root number and root length were 92.3%, 5.2 and 6.1 em, respectively. Different concentration of ABT1 and ABT6 could promote the rooting of softwood cutting, the index number of rooting raised by 119% and 126% compared with the control.
