企业间合作技术创新模式选择研究 被引量：4

摘要 通过文献回顾总结了几种较为典型的影响企业间合作技术创新模式选择的因素,据此提出了研究假设,并于2010-2011年对103家企业进行了问卷调查,通过建立逐步回归模型,对资源因素、合作利益、技术能力与企业间合作技术创新模式选择间的影响关系进行了实证检验。在此基础上,讨论了不同合作动机对各影响因素与合作技术创新模式选择间关系的调节作用,得出若干结论与启示,为企业选择适合的合作模式,继而提升企业间合作技术创新绩效提供了理论和实践依据。
