摘要
留学教育服务信息不对称,度量留学教育服务质量难度大,留学教育服务与付费的分离,加之我国出国留学教育服务管理法规的不足,使境外教育消费存在风险。为防范其风险,要保障留学教育服务信息的对称,制定留学教育服务质量的标准,完善留学生利益补偿机制,做一个理性的留学教育投资者。
There are risks in overseas educational consumption owing to the following： the information asymmetry of overseas education services,the difficulties in measuring the quality of overseas education services,the separation between the services and pay of overseas education services and the deficiency of the law on overseas education services.For the purpose of keeping away the risk,it is necessary to guarantee the information symmetry of overseas education services,set the quality criteria of overseas education services,and perfect the compensation mechanism for the interests of overseas students.Moreover,it is essential to be a rational investor in overseas education.
