256层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管造影的初步研究

摘要 目的:探讨256层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像的应用价值。方法:对134例患者进行256层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查,在EBW V4.5.2工作站进行图像后处理,对冠状动脉进行观察和分析。结果:134例均顺利完成检查,冠脉正常41例、异常79例、冠脉搭桥术后2例、冠脉支架置入术后12例。结论:256层螺旋CT在评价冠状动脉起源异常、走行异常、斑块形成情况、管腔狭窄程度、支架开放和桥血管通畅性等方面都有良好的临床应用价值,非常适合冠脉的体检和冠心病的筛查及随访。
