摘要
用吲哚乙酸、萘乙酸对白三叶种子进行了发芽试验。结果表明,用20mg/L的吲哚乙酸和2mg/L的萘乙酸处理,不仅可提高白三叶种子的发芽率,而且可促进种子早期萌发及胚根胚芽生长,有利于在短时间内快速成坪。但吲哚乙酸易被破坏。
The rate of seed germination of white clover could be increased,and the growth of roots and shoots could be promoted by both IAA( 2 0 mg/ L) and NAA( 2 mg/ L) .Because the IAA was easy to be destroyed,the NAA was the firstchoice.
