摘要
通过收集整理国家甘蔗种质资源圃1800余份资源研究数据,采用FOXBASE2.1构建了甘蔗种质资源数据库,应用CGRIS(中国作物种质资源)实现对数据库的管理,使大量研究数据得以保存和为甘蔗资源研究和育种利用提供可靠资料和信息服务。
Based on the data of 1800 germplasms incubated in NNSGR(National Nursery of Sugarcane Germplasm Resoures), a database system of sugarcane germplasm was established with Foxbase 2.1. With the application of the database system through CGRIS, enormouse data of sugarcane germplasm can be preserved and utilized effectively, which will greatly contribute to sugarcane breeding and germplasm research.
