全椎弓根螺钉技术后路节段内固定治疗青少年特发性胸腰段和腰段脊柱侧凸 被引量：2

摘要 [目的]探讨采用后路全椎弓根螺钉技术节段内固定治疗胸腰段和腰段脊柱侧凸的疗效和安全性。[方法]选取入组患者23例,男7例,女16例;年龄15～29岁,平均18.9岁。脊柱冠状面Cobb角47°～67°,平均52°。全部采用全椎弓根螺钉技术后路三维矫形内固定,自体骨加复合人工骨融合,其中14例行胸廓成形术。[结果]术后随访1.5～2年(平均1年9个月)。其中Lenke 5型16例,Lenke 3C型5例,Lenke 6型2例。无严重的神经并发症,无断钉及深部感染。81%的患者术后维持或达到矢状面平衡。[结论]胸腰段和腰段脊柱侧凸患者采用后路全椎弓根螺钉技术内固定矫形治疗可获得满意的效果,手术安全,并发症发生率低。
