摘要
油茶籽油水相提取时往往会产生一定量的乳状液,对乳状液进行有效破乳是提高油茶籽水代法、水酶法清油得率的关键。研究了在提取过程中采用乙醇进行破乳的方法,考察了乙醇对水代法和水酶法清油得率、过氧化值、酸值、茶皂素提取的影响。结果表明:乙醇有很强的破乳能力,在其他提取条件相同的情况下,能大大减少乳状液的生成量;采用15%的乙醇溶液辅助提取,可使水代法、水酶法清油得率从84.23%和86.11%提高到90.33%和92.47%;乙醇不会对油茶籽油的过氧化值、酸值造成显著影响;乙醇辅助水相提取方法可行,操作安全,具备工业化应用潜力。
Emulsion was formed during the process of aqueous extraction of oil-tea camellia seed oil.Ethanol was introduced into the system to break the emulsion,and the effects of ethanol on the free oil yield,peroxide value and acid value of the oil,and the extraction of tea saponin were investigated.Ethanol showed remarkable demulsifying ability,and the emulsion formed in the aqueous extraction and aqueous enzymatic extraction were greatly reduced.The free oil yields of aqueous extraction and aqueous enzymatic extraction were improved from 84.23% and 86.11% to 90.33% and 92.47%,respectively.Ethanol showed slight effects on the peroxide value and acid value of oil-tea camellia seed oil.The ethanol-assisted aqueous extraction method was feasible,operational safe,and could be a potential method for industrial application.
