医疗条件缺乏环境下的创伤止血药物(材料)研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 目的:总结当前在医疗条件缺乏的环境下使用的创伤止血药物及相关材料的研究现状,为指导在相关情况下合理使用止血药物(材料)和新型止血药物(材料)的研发提供参考。方法:收集文献,从天然生物类、人工合成类和矿物质类等3大类止血药物(材料)方面进行综述。结果与结论:天然生物类止血药物(材料)包括凝血酶、氧化纤维素、壳聚糖、海藻酸等,人工合成类止血药物(材料)包括明胶海绵、化学胶、介孔氧化硅材料(AgCaMSS)等,矿物质类止血药物(材料)包括沸石等。新型止血药物(材料)相较于一般的止血药物(材料)而言,具有快速止血、生物相容性高、易分解、易保存等特点,适用于医疗条件缺乏环境下的止血。
