摘要
介绍了传统LNG重烃去除工艺(蒸馏塔分离工艺、氮气稀释工艺)的工艺流程,提出了一种新型重烃去除工艺:将原料过冷态LNG的冷能用于凝结蒸馏分离出来的轻质天然气,实现热值调节。分析了增强工艺效果的措施,采用HYSYS软件对工艺进行模拟,证实了工艺的可行性,得到了LNG再液化比与过冷度、系统压力的关系。设计了液氮再液化工艺模拟实验,认为液氮再液化工艺实验的可行性可以外推至LNG再液化工艺。
The conventional processes (distillation column separation process and nitrogen dilution process) for heavy hydrocarbon removal from LNG are introduced. A new process for heavy hydrocarbon removal is put forward in which the supercooled energy of LNG is used to condense the light natural gas separated by distillation to regulate the calorific value. The measures for enhancing the process effect are analyzed, and the process is simulated by HYSYS software. The feasibility of the process is verified, and the relationship of LNG re-liquefaction ratio to supercooled degree and system pressure is obtained. The simulation experiment of liquid nitrogen re-liquefaction process is designed, and it is concluded that the experiment of liquid nitrogen re-liquefaction process can be extrapolated to LNG re-liquefaction process.
