骨结构和微环境对肿瘤转移的影响

摘要 肿瘤转移是肿瘤患者病情迅速恶化和死亡的主要原因之一。骨是多种恶性肿瘤常见的转移部位,临床上对肿瘤骨转移的诊断甚至先于原发性肿瘤,了解肿瘤骨转移机制具有重要临床价值。肿瘤转移及其引发的骨结构变化,主要与骨的结构特异性及微环境内肿瘤细胞与破骨细胞、成骨细胞相互作用有关。该文就骨结构和微环境对肿瘤转移的影响作一综述,以期找出抑制肿瘤骨转移,减少靶器官破坏的新而有益的治疗方法。
