摘要
目的:观察贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法:将84例CHF患者随机分成治疗组(42例)和对照组(42例):对照组给予洋地黄、利尿剂等抗心衰药物进行常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用贝那普利、美托洛尔治疗。分别治疗6个月后进行随访。治疗前、后对比心功能临床疗效、实验室检查、心电图及超声心动图检查。结果:治疗组和对照组在治疗6个月随访期间,治疗组在改善心功能及参数方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且未见明显毒副反应。结论:贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭安全有效,能有效改善心衰患者的愈后。
Objective：To observe the effect of benazepril combined with metoprolol in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods：The 84 CHF patients were randomly divided into treatment group（42 cases）and control group（42 cases）：the control group was given digitalis,diuretics and other anti-heart failure drugs for regular treatment.Treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus benazepril,metoprolol treatment.Respectively,after 6 months of treatment follow-up.Before and after treatment compared the clinical efficacy of cardiac function,laboratory tests,electrocardiogram and echocardiography.Results：Treatment and control groups in the treatment of 6 months follow-up period,the treatment group improved cardiac function parameters were significantly better than the control group（P0.05）,and no significant toxicity.Conclusion：Benazepril combined with metoprolol treatment of chronic congestive heart failure safe and effective,can effectively improve the prognosis for patients with heart failure.
