摘要
通过研究熔渗温度和时间及烧成工艺制度的不同对反应烧结SiC耐磨材料性能与结构的影响,确定最佳的工艺制度。分析了样品的体积密度、开口气孔率、显微硬度、磨损量等物理性能。采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪及X射线衍射仪对样品的断口形貌、内部成分和结构进行了表征。发现反应烧结碳化硅在1430℃保温3h,烧成温度1550℃保温2h这种工艺制度下,制备出体积密度为2.73g/cm3,硬度为2917.67hv、磨损量为0.0018g的陶瓷材料。
By studying the influence of different infiltration temperature, time and sintering systems on properties and structure of reactionbonded SiC wearresistant, we can get the best technological system. The mechanical properties such as the bulk density, open porosity, hardness, wear and so on are analyzed. Fracture surface, internal composition and structure of samples are also analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and XRay diffraction, the results reveal that reactionbonded silicon carbide ceramics with 2.73g/cm3 bulk density, 2917.67hv hardness, 0.0018g wear extent can be obtained in process of sintering at 1430℃ for 3h and firing at 1550℃ for 2h.
