摘要 在人工或半自动收费方式下,机动车辆经过高速公路收费站时需要减速或停车缴费,当车辆较多时,容易形成排队现象,由此会造成大量延误.基于单路排队多通道服务模式(M/M/N),通过对MTC和ETC两种收费方式下高速公路缴费车辆延误的对比,可以明显看出高速公路收费站采用ETC收费方式能大大减少车辆延误,降低车辆油耗,减少环境污染,很大程度地提高了收费站的通行能力和服务水平. In the manual or semi-automatic charging mode, when the motor vehicles pass the highway toll station, they need to slow down or stop to pay the fee. It' s easy to form lines when the quantity of vehicle is large, which will cause substantial delays. Based on the mode of single line and multi-channel service, by comparing the highway vehicles delays in the MTC and ETC charging modes, apparently, using the ETC charging mode the vehicle delay could be reduced significantly, the fuel consumption and environmental pollution also coull be reduced, which greatly increased the traffic capacity and service level of the toll station. The ETC charging mode was suggested to use in part of the lane way when the traffic of toll station is heavy.
