摘要
为了回收利用ADC发泡剂固体废弃物中碳酸钠,探讨了回收过程以及处理提纯废水所需的方法和条件。检测表明:固废中含Na2CO335.37%、N2H40.045%、NaCl 0.655%、NaOH 0.7%;废水中含有少量的剧毒物质肼。根据固废和废水的特性,回收碳酸钠用两次重结晶法和一次滤液重结晶法,处理废水用工业次氯酸钠氧化法。重结晶回收碳酸钠时,选择固液比为2∶1、溶解温度为50℃、结晶温度为0℃,两次重结晶后碳酸钠总的回收率为63.48%,去除水分后碳酸钠含量达到99.8%以上;用工业次氯酸钠处理含肼废水,选择有效氯和氮的质量比为5∶1、pH值小于7.0,此时肼的去除率大于99.0%。
The recycling process and conditions and methods of depuration water were explored to recycling and use of the sodium carbonate from the ADC foaming agent waste.Test showed that waste solid contained Na2CO3 35.37%,N2H4 0.045%,NaCl 0.655%,and NaOH 0.7%,and few violently poisonous materials hydrazine were in the waste water.According to the characteristics of solid waste and wastewater,the recycling sodium carbonate with two secondary load crystallization law and a filtrate heavy crystallization law,and the processing wastewater used the industry sodium hypochlorite oxo-process.When heavy crystallization recycling sodium carbonate,the choice liquid-solid mass ratio was 2:1,solution temperature was 50 ℃,the crystallizing temperature was 0 ℃,after two times of secondary load crystallize,the sodium carbonate total returns-ratio was 63.48%,and after removing the moisture content,the sodium carbonate content achieved above 99.8%.Using of the sodium hypochlorite to deal with wastewater containing hydrazine,the choice available chlorine and the nitrogen mass ratio was 5:1,pH value was less than 7.0,and the removal rate of hydrazine was larger than 99.0%.
