3,3'-二取代BINOL手性有机催化剂在不对称催化中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 近10年来,手性1,1'-联二萘酚(BINOL)及其衍生物成为广泛关注和使用的一类有机小分子催化剂,该类催化剂在不对称催化合成中表现出高效、环境友好等特点,进而逐步替代有机金属配体类催化剂。在BINOL 3,3'位上进行相应的衍生化可以很好的影响手性中心周围的立体化学环境,从而极大的改善催化效率。本文简要介绍了近几年来3,3'-二取代BINOL手性有机催化剂应用于不对称催化中的研究进展。 In the past decade,chiral 1,1'-binaphthol(BINOL) and its derivatives using as a class of small organic molecular catalysts attracted extensive attention.A lot of advantages,such as high efficiency and environmentally friendly in asymmetric transformations,made it gradually to replace the organometallic ligand catalysts.Since the surrounding stereo-chemical environment of chiral centers can be well affected by changing substituent groups on the 3,3'-position of BINOL,and the catalytic efficiency would be greatly improved.The recent progress of application of 3,3'-disubstituted BINOL chiral organocatalysts in asymmetric transformations was briefly described.
