摘要
目的探讨产程中肛查及阴道检查仿真实训的教学效果。方法选择2007级、2008级助产专业学生100名为研究对象,2008级50名为观察组,采用产程中肛查及阴道检查仿真实训的教学方法;2007级50名为对照组,采用传统的观看录像的方法。结果两组课后针对产程中肛查和阴道检查这2项技能知识点的掌握状况进行问卷调查比较,除手指伸入直肠和阴道的手法外,余项目差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组优于对照组;两组在产科临床实习后针对这2项技能重要知识点的掌握状况进行问卷调查比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组优于对照组;两组产科临床实习后,产房带教老师对观察组学生掌握产程中肛查及阴道检查技能的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论产程中肛查及阴道检查仿真实训有助于助产专业学生对产程中肛查和阴道检查操作技能的掌握,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of emulate practical teaching for anal and vaginal examination during delivery.Methods Altogether 100 students were divided into observation group(including 50 students from grade 2008) by using emulate practical teaching for anal and vaginal examination during delivery and control group(including 50 from grade 2007) by using traditional method of video-watching.Results After the emulate practical teaching,compared with students in control group,those in observation group presented a better understanding of all the skills except the methods of inserting fingers into rectum or vagina in anal or vaginal examination during delivery,which indicated statistic significance(P0.01).After the clinical practice,students in observation group had a better understanding of all the key points of anal or vaginal examination during delivery(P0.01) and clinical teachers working in labor rooms were more satisfied with students in observation group(P0.01).Conclusion Emulate practical teaching for anal and vaginal examination during delivery is quite helpful for students to master the antenatal anal and vaginal examination skills and it is worthy to be popularized.
